Second, we are pleased to share that 2025 has been a milestone year for us. Hoa Binh University has officially become a member of the World Peoples Assembly, the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, and Crossref, marking important progress in our global academic integration.

Third, we look forward to expanding our collaboration with the European Delegation in 2026, particularly in mobility programs, joint initiatives, and capacity‑building activities.
