This department serves as an advisory and coordinating body for the University Council and the President in directing and managing work programs. It organizes administrative tasks, personnel management, and organizational activities. It implements policies for staff, faculty, and employees. It advises the President on the legal aspects of internal regulations before issuance; reviews, assesses, and systematizes internal regulations within the university. It provides counsel on infrastructure development, growth, and facilities management for the University. It manages land, procurement, and asset management for the institution.

PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT

• Director: Mr. Vu Van Phap, M.A

• The Planning and Finance Department plays a key role in ensuring the stable and effective financial operations of the university. Its responsibilities include providing advice and support to the University Council and the President, developing and implementing financial plans, managing budgets, monitoring income and expenditure, and proposing optimal financial solutions. Additionally, the department handles accounting and statistical tasks in accordance with regulations, while also developing and overseeing the implementation of financial management policies and regulations.

UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE TRAINING DEPARTMENT

The department serves as an advisory body to the University Council and the President on the direction of educational development and academic management. It organizes and manages the process of undergraduate education and short-term training programs.

STUDENT AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

• Deputy Director: Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh

It provides advisory support to the University Council and the President on student affairs. It is responsible for implementing policies for students, facilitating job placements, connecting students with potential employers, and contributing to resolving employment issues for students.

TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT

The function of this department is to advise and assist the President in carrying out inspection, examination, and monitoring of educational activities within the President’s management scope to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and training regulations. It is responsible for organizing and implementing activities related to examinations, evaluation, and ensuring the quality of education at the University.

ADMISSION AND COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT

• Deputy Head: Ms. Le Thi TrucCommunication: Developing and executing communication campaigns to promote the image, brand, and educational programs of the university. Managing the university’s communication channels, including the website, social media, print media, etc. Organizing communication events, seminars, career orientation days, etc. Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.

  Admission: Developing and implementing admission plans for the university’s training programs. Organizing admission activities, including admission counseling, application processing, evaluation, etc. Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure transparent, fair, and efficient admission processes.

INSTITUTE OF SCIENTIFIC STUDIES

As the entity responsible for organizing and implementing scientific and technological activities for the entire University, this department publishes scientific publications, participates in policy advisory, and technology transfer in various fields encompassing the economy and society in general.

INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION

The focal point for coordinating international cooperation activities, managing projects, and developing international training programs.

OPEN INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP INSTITUTE

This unit organizes and carries out activities related to entrepreneurship and innovation, fostering entrepreneurial and creative spirit among students, equipping them with knowledge and skills, developing creative thinking, and nurturing a passion for scientific research within the student community.

TLANGUAGE AND COMPUTER SCIENCE CENTER

The center conducts short-term training courses, enhancement programs, examinations, and issues certificates in Foreign Languages and Computer Science to students with specific needs as per regulations. It also participates in the admissions process according to the university’s plan.

TOURISM CENTER

• Director: Dr. Tran Diem Hang

Implementing hands-on professional training for students and promoting various domestic and international tour programs, acting as a ticket agent for Vietjet Air. Organizing examinations for the issuance of certificates in Domestic and International Tour Guiding.

LIBRARY

The library is responsible for managing storage and utilization of materials, information, newspapers, magazines, textbooks, electronic documents, etc., to support teaching, learning, and scientific research activities.
