ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT
This department serves as an advisory and coordinating body for the University Council and the President in directing and managing work programs. It organizes administrative tasks, personnel management, and organizational activities. It implements policies for staff, faculty, and employees. It advises the President on the legal aspects of internal regulations before issuance; reviews, assesses, and systematizes internal regulations within the university. It provides counsel on infrastructure development, growth, and facilities management for the University. It manages land, procurement, and asset management for the institution. |

The department serves as an advisory body to the University Council and the President on the direction of educational development and academic management. It organizes and manages the process of undergraduate education and short-term training programs. |

It provides advisory support to the University Council and the President on student affairs. It is responsible for implementing policies for students, facilitating job placements, connecting students with potential employers, and contributing to resolving employment issues for students. |
TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT
The function of this department is to advise and assist the President in carrying out inspection, examination, and monitoring of educational activities within the President’s management scope to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and training regulations. It is responsible for organizing and implementing activities related to examinations, evaluation, and ensuring the quality of education at the University. |

CENTRES
TLANGUAGE AND COMPUTER SCIENCE CENTER
The center conducts short-term training courses, enhancement programs, examinations, and issues certificates in Foreign Languages and Computer Science to students with specific needs as per regulations. It also participates in the admissions process according to the university’s plan. |
TOURISM CENTER
Implementing hands-on professional training for students and promoting various domestic and international tour programs, acting as a ticket agent for Vietjet Air. Organizing examinations for the issuance of certificates in Domestic and International Tour Guiding. |
LIBRARY
The library is responsible for managing storage and utilization of materials, information, newspapers, magazines, textbooks, electronic documents, etc., to support teaching, learning, and scientific research activities. |
