Tóm tắt

Trí thức Việt Nam là lực lượng lao động có vai trò quan trọng đối với sự phát triển của đất nước, nhất là, trong tiến trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa và hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế. Ngay từ rất sớm, Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh đã khẳng định: “Trí thức là vốn liếng quý báu của dân tộc. Ở nước khác như thế, ở Việt Nam càng như thế” [1, t. 5, tr. 184]. Trên cơ sở khái quát về vai trò của trí thức, bài viết chỉ ra những giải pháp nhằm xây dựng đội ngũ trí thức Việt Nam xứng tầm, đáp ứng những yêu cầu mới trong bối cảnh cả dân tộc đang bước vào kỷ nguyên mới – kỷ nguyên vươn mình.

Developing the Intellectual Workforce in the Era of National Rise and Prosperous Development under the Leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam

Abstract

Vietnamese intellectuals constitute an important human resource for the country’s development, particularly during the processes of industrialization, modernization, and integration into the global economy. Early on, Ho Chi Minh affirmed that “Intellectuals are the precious capital of the nation. This is true in other countries, and even more so in Vietnam” [1, Vol. 5, p. 184]. Building on a comprehensive understanding of the role of intellectuals, this article offers several strategies aimed at cultivating a Vietnamese intellectual workforce that aligns with the nation’s aspirations and meets the new demands as Vietnam embarks on a new era of advancement.
